1. In 1993, the Wuhan Municipal Government issued a Command
No.63 for further enhancing the rights of land planning and
approval of the Zone and to reduce and to exempt all the taxes
for promoting the construction of the Scientific and
Technological Industry Garden.
2. In 1994, Management Regulations of the Wuhan East Lake
High-tech Development Zone was issued by the Standing
Committees of the Wuhan Municipal People's Congress and of the
Hubei Provincial People's Congress.
3. In 1997, Management Regulations of the Wuhan Private
Hi-tech Enterprises was issued by the Standing Committees of
the Wuhan Municipal People's Congress and of the Hubei
Provincial People's Congress.
4. In 1998, the Wuhan Municipal Party Committee and the
Wuhan Municipal Government issued a Document No.[1998] 17 of
Several Regulations about further supporting the development
of high-tech industry.
5. In June, 1998, the Wuhan Municipal Party Committee and
the Wuhan Municipal Government issued a Document No.[1998] 61
of Rewarding method about introducing foreing investment.
