Depending on Wuhan Donghu New Technology Developing
Zone's strenth and solid industrial foundation, in accordance
with direction of "highest level, biggest scale, fastest, best
talents", by rearranging and rebuilding the key resources of
development, industry, talent, capital, try hard to achieve
five basic objectives untill 2005:
--Complete
construction of the national optic electronic industrial base
which is "first class domesticly, well know worldwide",
achieving the gathering development of the optic electronic
information industry. Including the Luojia Hill, NanWang Hill,
Yujia Hill and Lingjia Hill, including the Donghu, Nanhu,
Tanxunhu, in the 50 square kilometers area of Donghu New
Technology Development Zone, build the national optic
electronic industrial base, achieve the gathering and
big-scale development of that industry.
--Cultivate a
series of optic electronic groups. Develop a number of small
and medium optic electronic enterprises, form hundreds of
clusters of optic electronic enterprises by the drive of
policies and enviroment; Carry out some industrial projects
whick is 5 billion yuan or above, form 2 or 3 big coporations
producing 20 or 30 billion yuan a year.
--Gather
dozens of the excellent scientists, technical experts and
entrepreneurs, form a talent base which has a well classified,
structured, and strong proffesionals, skilled workers, and
lots of entrepreneurs who concentrate on the management, and
middle service.
--Construc first-class innovation
system of optic electronic information technologies. According
to the innovation strategy of "produce a generation, develop a
generation, and research a generation", assemble all of the
useful resources, in order to improve the innovation ability
of the industrial base. Construct the first-class innovation
system, during the four factors "R&D, industrialization,
supporting service, talents", in order to provide continual
support for the optic electronic
industry.
