Materials that should be submitted to register a joint venture are as the following:
1. registration application form of the foreign investment enterprise with signatures of both chairman of the board and deputy director;
2. a copy of approving certificate issued by municipal government;
3. an official written reply to the contract and constitution by examining and approving office;
4. the contract and appendix;
5. the constitution;
6. project suggestion, feasibility report and instruments of ratification;
7. license of the Chinese party with seal of original registration office;
8. certificate of legal operation for the foreign party;
9. certificate of credit standing for the Chinese party;
10. certificate of credit standing for the foreign bank;
11. name list of the board of directors;
12. designation and identity certificate of foreign directors, general manager and vice general manager;
13. designation, personal resume and identity certificate of Chinese directors, general manager and vice general manager;
14. operation site certificate, a copy of property right certificate and leasing contract.
